Returns/Warranty & Faulty Goods

Current Returns Procedure
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where your customers simply changed their mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the item cheaper elsewhere. We recommend your customers buy carefully.
Please contact us immediately if your customers are unhappy with their purchase by email to service@iqkids.com.au within 7 days. We are happy to exchange or to refund on the item and all returns are to be authorised by IQ KIDS & FURNITURE PTY LTD. All returns must be in original, resell, undamaged and unused condition so please keep the original packaging. All refund will be issued once item is received and inspected by our team within one week. Any damage to the product will void this return policy.

Current Warranty Procedure
In the event that an item is found to be damaged by transport or defective from manufacturing, please contact us by email service@iqkids.com.au as soon as possible. We will be repaired or replaced at our discretion at no cost to you if within 12 months warranty period.
If you notice any damage to your goods, please notify our customer service team on service@iqkids.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. It is important that you open the goods within 48 hours as we will be unable to accept any insurance claims after that time frame.
Please also make sure you hold on to the original packaging until further notice.

Current Faulty Goods Procedure
STEP 1 – Please take pictures of the damage including any damage to the packaging
STEP 2 – Email those pictures to service@iqkids.com.au to ensure a fast resolution, please provide your customer contact detail with order reference and any helpful information to help identify the damaged part(s).
STEP 3 – We will get back to your custromer service team within 24 hours (excluding weekends) with further information

If a Product is found to be faulty in any way, please collect information from your customers like how does it happen, description of broken and ask customer to take pictures in details and we will despatch replacement parts within seven (7) days .
